The LXK6609A is a high-power, high-gain 802.11b/g/n WLAN power amplifier (PA) for 2.4~2.5GHz frequency band. The device provides a low EVM (Error-Vector Magnitude) of 3% at 23dBm linear output power by single voltage 3.3V. respectively, The device is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and the output can be easily matched to obtain optimum power.
